• 1989– Incorporated as Rahul Auto Private Limited
• 1992-Name changed to Fiem Industries Pvt. Ltd.
• 1993– Listed on BSE and NSE [Indian Stock Exchange]
• 1994– New Plant: Kundli, Sonepat (Unit 1)
• 1996-JV: Fiem Sung San (India) Ltd., a JV Company was established with Daewoo India and Sung San Co., Korea (L. Corporation) for Automotive Lighting for Daewoo Cars.
• 1998- Multi Focal Reflector manufacturer first time introduced in India by FIEM
• 2004 & 2005- New facilities in Hosur (Unit 2&3) & Mysore (Unit 4)
• 2005– New facilities Hosur (Unit 5)
• 2005 – Technical Support Agreement with Ichikoh Industries Ltd., Japan.
• 2006 – Initial Public Issue of the Company completed and listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange & National Stock Exchange
• 2006 – Unit-6, Established at Nalagarh, H.P.
• 2007 – Electronics SMT plant
• 2007 – Interior Mirror (Prismatic) Plant installed at Unit-V (EOU) under the Technical Support Agreement with Ichikoh Industries Ltd., Japan.
• 2007 – Fiem Sung San (India) Ltd. was merged with Fiem Industries Ltd.
• 2009 – Established a wholly owned subsidiary company in Japan, “FIEM INDUSTRIES JAPAN CO., LTD.” and set up Design an R&D centre in Japan.
• 2009 – New manufacturing Unit in Rai, Sonepat (Unit 7)
• 2010 – 2 MOUs signed with Ichikoh Industries Ltd., Japan for 4W and 2W business.
• 2011 – New facility for Plastic molded parts in Tapukara (Unit 8)
• 2011 – FIEM R&D Centre approved by Govt. of India
• 2012– Started manufacturing of automotive lighting and components for Honda Japan
• Established a joint venture company in Correggio (Italy) under the name and style “CENTRO RICERCHE FIEM HORUSTECH SRL”, with Horustech Lightingr.I. of Italy for Design Centre.
• 2016 – New facility in Gujarat, Ahmedabad (Unit-9)
• 2016 – NABL Accreditation received for Photometry Laboratory.
• 2017 – TAA with Aisan Industry Co., Ltd., Japan, and plant for manufacturing of Canister
• 2017 – JV: Hong Kong KYOWA Co., Ltd., Japan [50:50] for moulds/tools for Automotive and other applications.
• 2018 – JV: Aisan Industry Co. Ltd., Japan, and Toyota Tsusho India Pvt. Ltd. for the manufacture of Fuel Pump Modules and IC Connector for the Indian Market.
• 2018 – Technical Assistance Agreement with TOYODENSO Ltd. Japan and Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Japan for manufacturing of Bank Angle Sensor for the Indian market.
• 2019 – Design Centre in Turin, Italy: Fiem Research and Technology S.r.l.
• 2023 – Design Centre in Pune, Maharashtra, India
